The Center also disclaims any express or implied guarantee about the results or experience any patient may have with any described or demonstrated treatment. The pictures and information presented within the Service are based on the Center's doctor's personal experience over twelve years with over 700 cases. With the Internal Penile Pump procedure, only a handful of physicians in the world currently have the level of experience the Center has; you may not achieve the same results or outcome as the Center's patients if you choose to have surgery performed by less experienced individuals. The Internal Penile Pump procedure works best when it is done well the first time. All subsequent revisions give a less than desirable outcome because of the formation of scar tissue, shortening of the penis, and areas of numbness.

The Center understands that you have the full right to choose the surgeon you want to perform these procedures. However, the Center wishes to remind you that the penis is a sensitive organ of which the owner gets only one, and surgery does not come with a return policy. We at the Center could not recommend more strongly that you have any surgery performed by the most experienced doctor; this may not be the urologist recommended through your medical plan. Ask yourself if the structure, function, and appearance of your penis are worth one of the best surgeons in the world, or a surgeon recommended by a medical plan looking to cut costs.
